The Mendip Players was set up in 2004 as a drama group based in the Somerset village of Draycott. Since then The Mendip Players have gone from strength to strength staging three productions per year with a cast of all ages.

We are a friendly group, meeting every Wednesday at 7.30pm in the fabulous facility of The Draycott Memorial Hall in the Mendips. So if you fancy getting involved, do come along! You will be given a friendly welcome and are free to see just what we do before making any commitment.

Your talents may not lie in acting, but come and have a go anyway; it is a great confidence booster! We are also always keen to welcome costume designers/makers, people who enjoy the techie side of lights and sound, organisers for front of house and PR.
